At the end of Battle for Azeroth, Blizzard introduced a new role for people called a Guide described as such: "Are you a knowledgeable player who wants to help newcomers as they are learning the game? As a guide, your main role will be to answer questions in the Newcomer Chat channel."

We really liked this idea and are looking for people who are well versed in WoW content and are willing to teach or lead others while they get familiar with the gameplay. Whether someone needs help with a Mythic, or a question about tanking, they know that they can come to a Veteran for some solid advice. There aren't any rewards for doing this, but you will get the Veteran rank in-game and on discord, so that people can easily find you.

The requirements:

• You should have a good understanding of mythic bosses and notable trash.

• You should understand the raid mechanics.

• You know where to find resources for most classes and specs.

• Be willing to help others with random questions you may receive.

• Have patience and a positive attitude toward moving forward as a team.
