Before the First Boss (Blightbone)
Corpse Harvester
Interrupt the Drain Fluids cast, because it stuns a player for a long time.
Between the First Boss (Blightbone) and the Second Boss (Amarth)
Zolramus Necromancer
Focus kill the necromancer, because his adds will die when he dies. AoE is useless.
If you get a swirly green debuff, quickly take it out of the group ( Grim Fate).
Skeletal Marauder
Don't stand in front of Marauders, because they cast a cleave on the tank ( Gruesome Cleave).
Interrupt Rasping Scream to avoid getting feared. Move out of the 15 yard range if you cannot interrupt it.
Skeletal Monstrosity
Quickly move out of the big blue circle around the monstrosity ( Reaping Winds).
Quickly move out of the small white swirls under every players' feet ( Grave Spikes).
Between the Second Boss (Amarth) and the Third Boss (Stitchflesh)
Flesh Crafter
If targeted by Throw Cleaver, move to where an enemy is between you and the caster by the end of the cast. That enemy will take the damage instead of you.
Interrupt Repair Flesh, because it heals another enemy by a ton.
Corpse Collector
Interrupt the Drain Fluids cast, because it stuns a player for a long time.
And interrupt the Goresplatter cast, because it does a ton of damage to the entire group.
Blightbone
Pull him when you have plenty of room to fight him without running into other trash.
Dodge the frontal cone if not targeted by it ( Heaving Retch).
Focus kill and CC the worms spawned by the frontal, and run away from them if you are fixated.
Stay out of the big green pool the boss spawns under himself ( Fetid Gas).
On Mythic, the worms also leave big green pools on the ground when they die.
Amarth, The Harvester
All the trash in his area dies instantly when you enter the area, and then the boss spawns.
Interrupt Necrotic Bolt from the boss when possible.
Dodge the randomly facing frontal breath ( Necrotic Breath).
Remove the enrage from the boss if possible ( Unholy Frenzy).
Focus kill the adds that are occasionally summoned ( Land of the Dead).
The boss will detonate all of the adds after a few seconds. This does damage to everyone for each add that is alive, but only does avoidable AoE damage for each add that is dead ( Final Harvest).
On Mythic, more adds spawn and the Reanimated Mages cast Frostbolt Volley, which needs to be interrupted.
Surgeon Stitchflesh
Start by attacking the add, "Stitchflesh's Creation". The boss is immune up on his platform ( Noxious Fog).
Pull the add about 20 yards away from the platform, and everyone stack near the add.
Dodge the green swirls that spawn regularly ( Embalming Ichor), and move the add in an arc around the platform when needed.
If targeted by Meat Hook, aim it at the boss on his platform, and then dodge the hook at the end of the cast. If done correctly, it will pull the boss off of his platform and make him attackable.
Focus kill the boss until he jumps back to his platform after 30 seconds.
A new add will spawn after the boss jumps away. Repeat until the boss dies.
On Mythic, the boss casts Morbid Fixation when he is active. The targeted player needs to run away from the boss until it is over, or you can use the hook from an add that is still alive to interrupt the fixate.
Nalthor the Rimebinder
Stay spread, and move out of the circle around the random player that gets rooted. Dispel the root once everyone is out of the circle ( Frozen Binds).
Dodge blue swirls that appear under all players' feet for a few seconds ( Comet Storm).
If you get sent down to a lower platform, run to the end of the platform while dodging blue swirls and circles. Interrupt and kill the add at the end in order to fly back up to Nalthor.
On Mythic, the player that gets sent down gains stacks of Frigid Cold while they are on the lower platform. When they get back to the main platform, they need to drop these stacks in a corner of the platform in order to keep the resulting zone of ice from covering the entire platform.
Before the First Boss (Globgrog)
Fungi Stormer
Use a crowd-control ability on the Fungistorm cast, because it does a ton of damage to the entire group.
Plaguebelcher
Don't stand in front of this mob, because it casts a frontal breath ( Belch Plague).
Focus kill and CC the Slimy Morsel slimes spawned by Beckon Slime before they get to the Plaguebelcher, or else they will heal it.
Between the First Boss (Globgrog) and the Second Boss (Ickus)
Blighted Spinebreaker
Don't stand in front of this mob, because it casts a frontal breath ( Festering Belch).
Rotting Slimeclaw
Remove the disease from the tank if capable, because it is a stacking stat decrease ( Corroded Claws).
Rotmarrow Slime
Interrupt as many Corrosive Gunk casts as possible, because it applies a stacking debuff on all players.
Between the Second Boss (Ickus) and the Third Boss (Venomblade)
Defender of Many Eyes
When this mob channels Bulwark of Maldraxxus, stun the channel or move the other mobs away from the bubble.
Venomous Sniper
Don't stand in front of this mob, because it casts a frontal cone ( Venompiercer).
Brood Ambusher
Quickly move out of the swirly around this mob, because it will root you for several seconds ( Enveloping Webbing)
Between the Third Boss (Venomblade) and the Last Boss (Stradama)
Ickor Bileflesh
Ickor will teleport around to the nearby packs of adds and aggro them. The adds move very slowly, so you can kite if needed, but continue to target Ickor as you AoE the adds down.
Globgrog
Keep the boss off to one side of the platform to make slime spawns easier ( Beckon Slime).
Stay very close to the boss to make the random frontal cone easier to dodge ( Slime Wave).
Position yourself so that the knockback from the boss doesn't send you off the platform ( Plaguestomp).
Remove diseases from allies if capable ( Debilitating Plague).
Focus kill and CC the slime spawns to prevent them from getting to the boss and healing him.
On Mythic, a much larger slime also spawns that either needs to be focus killed or crowd-controlled for the rest of the encounter.
Doctor Ickus
While clearing the trash in his area, avoid the boss as he jumps around to different platforms.
Dispel Slime Injection on the tank and kill the small add that spawns from dispelling it.
Dodge the AoE leap on a random player ( Slime Lunge).
Quickly follow the boss when he jumps away to another platform, and focus kill the Plague Bomb before it explodes ( Virulent Explosion).
Kill the red slime add that the boss occasionally spawns and interrupt its Viral Globs cast.
On Mythic, the boss spawns a purple slime instead of a red one. It has a damage reduction aura ( Congealed Contagion), so tank it away from the Plague Bomb, kill the Plague Bomb, and then kill the slime before switching back to the boss.
Domina Venomblade
Remove the poison from the tank if capable ( Cytotoxic Slash).
If you get a purple circle around you, quickly move away from other players ( Shadow Ambush).
When the boss spawns webs around the room, each player should quickly move to the center of a different web to reveal each stealthed add ( Brood Assassins). The tank will need to get aggro on these adds immediately.
On Mythic, everyone needs to stay close to an ally, in order to avoid getting stunned by Solitary Prey.
Margrave Stradama
Focus kill the add spawned by the boss. It casts a green circle on the ground that needs to be soaked by the tank ( Touch of Slime).
Dodge the tentacles that occasionally spawn in the middle of the room. They will cast a cone smash in front of them ( Plague Crash).
Stay out of the green pool in the middle.
On Mythic, stay away from the adds that occasionally spawn around the room while the boss is inactive, or let the tank get aggro on them before going near them.
Before the First Boss (Ingra Maloch)
Tirnenn Villager
Dodge the frontal cast ( Bewildering Pollen).
Break out the stunned player ( Overgrowth).
Drust Soulcleaver
Dispel the tank ( Soul Split).
Drust Harvester
Interrupt the channel ( Harvest Essence).
Between the First Boss (Ingra Maloch) and the Second Boss (Mistcaller)
Mistveil Defender
Dodge the frontal channel ( Spear Flurry).
Mistveil Tender
Interrupt the cast ( Nourish the Forest).
Mistveil Shaper
Interrupt the cast or purge the shield afterwards ( Bramblethorn Coat).
Between the Second Boss (Mistcaller) and the Third Boss (Tred'ova)
Spinemaw Staghorn
Interrupt the cast ( Stimulate Resistance).
Spinemaw Gorger
Dodge the green swirly ( Acid Globule).
Ingra Maloch
Prioritize killing Droman Oulfarran over Ingra Maloch until Maloch gets to very low health, in order to avoid him casting Embrace Darkness.
Dodge the frontal cast from Oulfarran ( Bewildering Pollen).
Continually interrupt Maloch's Spirit Bolt cast to reduce party damage.
On Mythic, Maloch occasionally casts a party-wide fear that is unavoidable ( Repulsive Visage).
Mistcaller
Dodge the frontal cast ( Dodge Ball).
The tank has to interrupt Patty Cake.
Everyone must avoid the blue fox add that spawns regularly, and slow/stun it from range ( Freeze Tag).
Kill the clone with the symbol that is different from the symbols of the other clones ( Guessing Game).
On Mythic, Mistcaller stays active during the clone phase, but does not take any damage until it is over.
Tred'ova
Dodge the green and blue swirlies.
Outrange your partner to break the purple beam ( Mind Link).
The tank needs to pick up the adds while everyone focuses them down, and the fixated player should run away from them ( Mark the Prey).
Only interrupt the Consumption channel if the party is low on health.
On Mythic, interrupt the boss's Parasitic Pacification/ Parasitic Incapacitation/ Parasitic Domination casts, or kill the infester add on the player if the cast goes off.
Before the First Boss (Halkias)
Vicious Gargon
Focus kill Gargons, because they apply a stacking bleed to the tank.
Depraved Houndmaster
Dodge the randomly facing Rapid Fire channel.
Stun/CC the Loyal Beasts cast to prevent the nearby Gargons from getting buffed.
Depraved Obliterator
Interrupt the Curse of Obliteration cast. If it goes off, move away from other players or decurse it.
Shard of Halkias
Focus kill the Shard while interrupting the caster add alongside it ( Collect Sins).
Dispel the debuff from the caster add ( Siphon Life).
Between the First Boss (Halkias) and the Second Boss (Echelon)
Stoneborn Reaver
Focus kill Reavers and interrupt Turn to Stone at all costs.
Stoneborn Slasher
Don't stand in front of Slashers, because they cast a cleave-knockback.
Between the Third Boss (Aleez) and the Fourth Boss (Chamberlain)
Inquisitor Sigar
Kill the Tormented Soul adds to prevent Sigar from healing himself.
Halkias, the Sin-Stained Goliath
Spawn the boss by killing the 3 Shards of Halkias around the starting area.
Do not stand on the tank ( Crumbling Slam).
Quickly dodge the red swirly ( Heave Debris).
Immediately dispel the fear that goes on a random DPS ( Sinlight Visions).
Dodge the rotating cross-pattern laser ( Refracted Sinlight). Keep in mind that it can change direction randomly.
On Mythic, stay inside the boss's red circle in order to be immune to the fear ( Light of Atonement).
Echelon
Spawn the boss by attempting to open the door at the top of the stairs.
Quickly dodge the red swirly on the ground ( Blood Torrent).
Gather the adds and kill them near each other ( Stone Call).
The player that gets the Curse of Stone will also get a brown circle around them, and they should quickly move to the dead adds so that the boss will destroy them and prevent them from reviving ( Stone Shattering Leap).
On Mythic, all players get the curse, but still only one player gets the brown circle. Also, the adds now have a cast that should be interrupted ( Villainous Bolt).
High Adjudicator Aleez
Prioritize interrupting Volley of Power over Bolt of Power.
If fixated by the add spawn, bring it to one of the red vessels in the area to have it despawn ( Vessel of Atonement).
If not fixated, stay away from the add ( Pulse from Beyond).
Dodge the big orange swirlies ( Anima Fountain).
Lord Chamberlain
Dodge the statue thrown around by the boss, indicated by a red arrow on the ground ( Telekinetic Toss).
Dodge the frontal cone that is cast in a random direction ( Unleashed Suffering).
Keep the tank alive through the 18 second ramping DoT ( Stigma of Pride).
Dodge all four statues after the boss teleports to the middle of the room.
The tank should stand between the red glowing statue and the boss when he is casting Ritual of Woe.
On Mythic, the boss casts Ritual of Woe on all of the statues at once, so four players need to intercept the beams.
In the Main Area
Risen Warlord
Quickly remove the enrage this mob casts on itself if capable. It gains double damage and is unable to die during the enrage ( Undying Rage).
Death Speaker
Do not worry about interrupting Shadowcore. Interrupt Death's Embrace when possible, because it gives another mob 100% Haste.
Dodge the frontal blast from Erupting Darkness.
In Hakkar's Area
Atal'ai Devoted
Focus kill and stun/CC these mobs quickly, or else they will turn into a "Son of Hakkar" add that does a ton of AoE damage.
Atal'ai Deathwalker
Quickly move away from their Bladestorm channel.
When these mobs die, they turn into an untankable spirit that will slowly move toward and attack the player that is doing the most healing (probably the healer). The spirit will despawn after a few seconds.
In The Manastorms' Area
Defunct Dental Drill
Quickly line-of-sight the Haywire cast.
Headless Client
When these mobs start their Spinning Up channel, everyone but the tank should quickly move away from them. This cast does AoE damage to nearby players, but they will bounce off of the tank and stop the channel after a couple hits. Alternatively, they can be stunned/CC'ed to stop the channel.
Volatile Memory
These mobs explode while moving after a short cast, so make sure they are slowed/rooted and get away from them ( Volatile Capacitor).
In the Dealer's Area
Weald Shimmermoth
Quickly move away from their Soporific Shimmerdust cast. If you get hit by it, you get a debuff that makes it so you have to keep jumping to avoid falling asleep. This debuff can also be decursed.
Hakkar the Soulflayer
If you get a red circle around you, stay away from other players until it goes away ( Corrupted Blood). It will spread to other players if they get hit by it.
Focus on killing the "Son of Hakkar" add that occasionally spawns. It will fixate a random player and drop a damaging red pool on the ground when it dies. It will also respawn after a while, so you will be dealing with more and more of them as the fight goes on.
At full energy, Hakkar will gain a shield and start channeling Blood Barrage. DPS through the shield while dodging the red swirls, and interrupt the channel once the shield is broken.
The Manastorms
Start out attacking Millhouse. Millificent jumps up to her platform and becomes unattackable.
Interrupt Frostbolt and intercept the purple beam from each crystal that spawns. The beam does stacking damage to the intercepting player, but also gives them a stacking damage buff ( Power Overwhelming).
The bosses will occasionally swap places with each other.
Millificent will release walking bombs that need to be disarmed by right-clicking them. Otherwise they explode at the end of their timer ( Experimental Squirrel Bomb).
Each boss is defeated at 10% health.
On Mythic, while fighting Millhouse, two players will get red arrows on their head. They need to position themselves so that the boss is between the players, in order for the Echo Finger Laser X-treme to hit Millhouse and stun him. While fighting Millificent, the player that gets a purple circle around them should position themselves so that Millificent is in the circle, in order for the Shadowfury to hit Millificent and stun her.
Dealer Xy'exa
Avoid stepping in the swirly white traps ( Displacement Trap). They knock you high into the air, and you will need them for other mechanics.
Quickly dodge white lazers that come from random directions ( Displaced Blastwave).
Occasionally, a random player will get a bomb timer above their head ( Explosive Contrivance). That player needs to step on a trap toward the end of the timer. If done correctly, no one else will take damage from the bomb.
The boss also occasionally casts the same bomb on itself. Every player will need to step on a trap toward the end of the cast, so that it explodes underneath everyone and no one takes damage from it.
On Mythic, a DoT debuff, Arcane Lightning, goes on a random player and switches to the next closest player every 9 seconds. Try not to put this on the same player repeatedly, because it applies a stacking damage taken increase.
Mueh'zala
Before starting the boss, assign two DPS to go to the front-left portal and the rest of the group to go to the front-right portal for later on in the fight.
Make sure the tank is always in melee range of the boss when it is not casting.
The boss will regularly put a debuff on two players ( Cosmic Artifice). The healer should quickly dispel one of these debuffs and let the other one expire on its own. This will stagger the AoE party damage from each debuff expiring.
Avoid the purple circles on the ground ( Cosmic Collapse)
When the boss starts casting Master of Death, look at his arms to know if you need to dodge left, right, or backwards. He always does a combination of three attacks. If you get hit by any of these attacks, you take a ton of damage and get a really bad DoT debuff.
When the boss starts casting Shatter Reality, green spell effects will cover your screen. This is when you will need to quickly go to your assigned side and run into the green portal. Each side will need to kill an add while dodging purple circles, and then right-click the nearby totem once the add is dead.
The boss will then pull everyone to him, and Bwonsamdi will damage him for 20% of his health for each totem that was clicked. If done correctly, you will only have to go through the portals twice. You will only have to do 10% of the boss's health yourself, because he is defeated at 10% health remaining and Bwonsamdi does 80% of his health via the totems.
Regal Mistdancer
Move enemies out of the red pool it casts on the ground, because it buffs enemy damage by 50% ( Sanctified Mists).
Dodge the frontal cast from this mob and the echoes it leaves behind ( Echoing Thrust).
Grand Overseer
Focus kill this mob, because it stacks a damage and healing reduction on the party ( Overbearing Presence).
Interrupt the Curse of Suppression cast, because it silences the target for 5 seconds.
Chamber Sentinel
Do not stand in front of this mob, because it casts a cleave that applies a heavy bleed ( Severing Slice).
Interrupt the Stoneskin cast, because it reduces their damage taken.
Head Custodian Javlin
This mob aggroes all of the neutral mobs in the area, so let the tank get aggro on them.
Dodge the randomly facing frontal ( Sweeping Slash).
Hallway Gauntlet
Before entering the hallway, make sure someone picked up the Naaru after the third boss and has the extra action ability ( Shining Radiance).
You will fight an easier version of General Kaal three times during this hallway gauntlet, alongside other trash mobs. She retreats further down the hallway each time her health is reduced by 10%.
When General Kaal starts casting Gloom Squall, the player with the extra action ability should use it, and everyone should move into the yellow circle it creates.
Kryxis the Voracious
Do not face the boss toward the edge, because it frequently casts a knockback on the tank ( Vicious Headbutt).
Interrupt its Hungering Drain channel as quickly as possible.
When the boss starts casting Juggernaut Rush on a player, all other players should move in between the targeted player and the boss in order to split the damage.
When the boss casts Severing Smash at full energy, everyone should try to be on the same side of the boss. The smash will knock everyone back and spawn an orb from each player. These orbs will move toward the boss, and everyone should help soak the orbs before they get to the boss.
On Mythic, the damage from soaking the orbs hits all players, so stagger soaking them in order for your healer to keep everyone alive.
Executor Tarvold
Try to stay spread out, and move away from your allies if you get a red circle around you ( Castigate).
Focus kill the add that regularly spawns, and move out of the big red pool it leaves on the ground when it dies.
On Mythic, two orbs orbit around the prison in opposite directions ( Sintouched Anima). Dodge these by moving to the inner or outer wall based on which one will get to you first.
Grand Proctor Beryllia
When the boss starts casting Rite of Supremacy, look for a yellow circle to spawn on the ground and move to it by the end of the cast.
Dodge yellow swirlies ( Endless Torment).
On Mythic, during Rite of Supremacy, little yellow orbs spawn on the ground instead of a yellow circle. Everyone needs to run over 3 or 4 of these orbs in order to survive the cast, because it gives each player damage reduction ( Fragment of Radiance).
General Kaal
Before starting the fight, make sure someone has picked up the Naaru and has the extra action ability ( Shining Radiance).
Stay spread out, because the boss will frequently mark players and charge to them after a short delay, applying a stacking bleed to anyone in 5 yards ( Wicked Gash).
Dodge the swirly red blasts that frequently cover a section of the platform ( Piercing Blur).
When the boss teleports away and starts casting Gloom Squall, the player with the extra action ability should use it, and everyone should move into the yellow circle it creates.
Forsworn Mender and Forsworn Champion
Interrupt Forsworn Doctrine, because it heals another enemy.
Forsworn Goliath
Interrupt Rebellious Fist, because it does damage to the whole party.
Forsworn Squad-Leader
Focus-kill this mob, because it reduces the damage taken of nearby enemies by 75% ( Inspiring Presence).
Forsworn Warden
Interrupt Greater Mending, because it heals all nearby enemies.
Use an offensive dispel on this mob when it has Bless Weapon, because it heals all nearby enemies.
Kin-Tara
The bosses share health, so stack them together for extra cleave damage when possible.
Dodge the pet's waves of dark bolts ( Attenuated Barrage).
Do not stand in front of Kin-Tara, because she casts a cleave on the tank ( Sweeping Strike).
Interrupt her Dark Lance cast as often as possible, because it puts a heavy DoT on random players.
When she starts flying around, quickly move out of her Charged Spear if you are targeted by it.
Ventunax
Move away from the dark swirly clouds dropped by the boss, and dodge the dark bolts that come out of them in all directions ( Shadowhirl).
Dodge the frontal attack from the boss ( Blinding Flash).
When the boss channels Reabsorb Anima at zero Energy, there will be more dark bolts to dodge from the clouds.
Oryphrion
Stay spread at least 8 yards apart to avoid multiple people getting hit by Purifying Blast.
Do not stand on the tank, and dispel the tank as soon as the boss hits them with Charged Stomp. Otherwise the tank will be too slow to move the boss when needed.
When you get a blue arrow on your head, move it away from the boss and stack with other players ( Empyreal Ordnance). Then get out of the blue circle when it expires, because it will spawn a blue pool that hurts you ( Volatile Anima).
Keep the boss out of the blue pools on the ground ( Anima Field).
When the boss channels Recharge Anima, the blue pools will turn into blue orbs that will move toward the boss. Players need to soak these orbs to prevent them from getting to the boss and doing huge AoE damage. The boss takes double damage while channeling, so this would be a good time to use DPS cooldowns.
On Mythic, the orbs apply a stacking debuff when soaked. Let the tank soak them all, have a player with an immunity soak them all, or have everyone soak a small number of them.
Devos, Paragon of Doubt
Dodge the boss's charge in a random direction ( Run Through).
Move away from the occasional dark swirly orb spawned by the boss, because it will explode after a few seconds ( Abyssal Detonation).
Dispel the debuff that gets put on a random player ( Lingering Doubt), and stay out of the dark pool it leaves on the ground.
When the boss jumps to the middle of the room, she will activate the Anima Conduit and then fly away. Wind will then start blowing you around on the platform. Everyone will need to collect the blue orbs around the room and bring them to the Anima Conduit in the middle of the room while dodging the dark pools that move with the wind. Once all the orbs have been collected, one player will need to interact with the spear in the Anima Conduit and throw it at Devos flying around off the platform. This will bring the boss back down to continue fighting.
On Mythic, the Abyssal Detonation hits everyone, but now a blue zone also spawns that players need to move into in order to reduce the damage taken from the detonation ( Archon's Bastion).
Ancient Captain in Xav's area
Focus-kill this mob, because it reduces your AoE damage to nearby enemies ( Commanding Presence).
Interrupt its Demoralizing Shout cast, because it reduces all of your damage done.
Rancid Gasbag in Gorechop's area
Dodge the Vile Eruption cast. It is a cone breath in front and behind the mob.
Portals in Kul'tharok's area
Kill a Portal Guardian and pick up the swirly green orb it drops when it dies. Put it in one of the orb holders in front of the portal, choosing the left or right orb holder based on whether you want to go left or right with the portal. You can figure out the correct direction by looking ahead to where the next portal is.
Nefarious Darkspeaker in Kul'tharok's area
Interrupt its Necrotic Bolt Volley cast, because it does damage to everyone and also applies a healing absorb.
An Affront of Challengers
You fight three bosses at the same time. Kill Dessia first, then Sathel, and then Paceran.
Interrupt Sathel's Searing Death cast, because it does a ton of damage to its target. And interrupt Paceran's Plague Bolt cast when he teleports away in order to keep him stacked with the other bosses for cleave damage.
Dispel Sathel's Spectral Transference buff, because it heals the buffed target.
Dessia enrages at low health, gaining an absorb shield and fixating random players. Remove the enrage if capable, or run away from her when fixated.
Sathel gains an absorb shield at low health that also makes him immune to interrupts ( One with Death). Focus him down during this in order to interrupt him again.
On Mythic, a fourth boss stays stealthed and occasionally ambushes a random player ( Opportunity Strikes). Interrupt this channel as soon as possible, because it does a ton of damage to the player.
Xav the Unfallen
Quickly kill the banner spawned by the boss ( Oppressive Banner). It will slow everyone and make it harder to dodge the following abilities.
Dodge Crushing Slam and Massive Cleave. These are telegraphed abilities that the boss casts when he gets to full energy.
Occasionally the boss will send two DPS to the pit below to duel each other ( Blood and Glory). One player needs to win within 45 seconds, or else both players get their damage reduced for 30 seconds. The winner gets a damage increase, and the loser gets a damage decrease.
On Mythic, the boss also casts Deafening Crash at full energy. Move out of the green circle and stop casting to prevent getting interrupted.
Gorechop
Dodge the hooks that sweep across the room ( Meat Hooks). You can see safe openings when they spawn on either side of the room.
A couple adds spawn every time the hooks come through. Stay spread while the adds are alive, focus kill the quickly, and don't stand in the green pool they drop when they die.
On Mythic, the boss occasionally pulls everyone to him and casts Tenderizing Smash. Everyone needs to quickly move out of the brown circle.
Kul'tharok
The tank should always stay in melee range of the boss, or else it casts a really bad stacking DoT ( Spectral Reach).
Stay slightly spread, because the boss frequently puts a DoT on random players that pulses damage in 3 yards ( Phantasmal Parasite). This DoT should be dispelled as often as possible.
Dodge green swirlies on the ground, and do not step into the green circle that is spawned by the swirly ( Grasping Hands).
If the boss starts channeling Draw Soul on you, quickly move behind one of the green circles on the ground, so that the circle is between you and the boss. At the end of the channel, your soul will escape you body and run straight toward the boss, getting stuck in the green circle. You will be pacified and have to collect your soul in order to use abilities again. Recovering your soul also gives you a big damage buff for a while.
Mordretha, the Endless Empress
Dodge the frontal beam that faces a random direction and rotates in a random direction ( Dark Devastation).
When everyone gets a green circle around them, spread out so that each circle does not hit another player ( Manifest Death).
Occasionally the boss will spawn a big green swirly rift toward an edge of the area ( Grasping Rift). Move away from the rift, because it will pull you toward it and do bad things to you if you get too close ( Death Grasp).
On Mythic, Manifest Death also spawns an add on each player. Interrupt and cleave these adds down. Also, at 50% health remaining, the boss casts Echos of Carnage. This frequently spawns ghosts around the room that need to be dodged.
